1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website or booking residential cleaning services with Carmen Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Estimates and Appointments

All estimates provided online or over the telephone are contingent upon the home's condition at the time of arrival. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if the scope or condition differs significantly from what was initially communicated.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

We take pride in our workmanship. If any area does not meet your expectations, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to inspect and re-clean the specific area without additional charge.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We appreciate at least 24 to 48 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule adjustments to allow us to manage our cleaning crew's calendar.

5. Governing Law
